SECTION 1 - PRIVACY

Personal information such as your name, address, email address and credit card information is processed when an order is placed.  

We are not able to process orders via telephone. After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know the amount when the order is confirmed. At this time we do not process backorders. If your item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment we will cancel the out of stock product, ship the balance of your order, adjust your order total, and send you a shipping confirmation email notifying you of the change. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days after receipt. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery of your order.

Your computer's internet protocol (IP) address is also retrieved in order to provide us with information that helps us with possible fraudulent orders.      

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Email marketing is used to stay connected to our customers.  With your permission, we may send you emails regarding new products and other updates.  You have the option to unsubscribe to emails at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" on any email.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

We will ship to locations in the United States and Canada only.

Although certain restrictions apply, we ship to all states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We use DHL or Federal Express for all shipping destinations in the United States, with the exception of orders sent to US Post Office boxes, which will be sent by the US Postal Service. Shipping rates are based on your item subtotal.

Sales Tax (if applicable) will be calculated based on the State or Province to which the merchandise is shipped.

If for any reason you choose to return your selection, we’ll refund the purchase price to your credit card account. You may return your product in the original, unopened package within 45 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (RA #) and the address to ship your returned product. The RA # must be clearly visible on the outside of each returned carton. You must also include your packing slip with your returned items.

If you wish to return a product for another, please return the item you no longer want and place a new order for the new item.

Please Note: All orders are packaged and shipped out within 3 business days (Monday – Friday) of receiving your order.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so or if you violate our Terms of Services. 

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.  

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions.

We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.  

Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
